1. No Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
2. Criteria for Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange items under the following conditions:
- Wrong/Damaged/Faulty Goods: If you receive products that are incorrect, damaged, or faulty, including those that:
- Do not match the description or sample provided on our website.
- Arrive torn, dirty, wet, or with hair.
- Have visible defects such as blurred or misplaced prints, or damaged prints after the first wash.
- Wrong Size: If the item you received has measurements that deviate more than 1.5 inches from our provided size guide.
- Non-Fitting Items: Applies only to t-shirts and tank tops that don’t fit as expected.
- Shipping Errors: For items damaged or incorrectly shipped due to the shipping process. Please inspect the package upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
3. Eligibility for Return
Products eligible for return must meet the above criteria and should also:
- Not be used, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

- Provide Details: Include your order information, photos of the item(s) showing the issue, and photos of the packaging label.
- Photos for Size Issues: If returning due to size issues, provide photos showing measurements of width and length.

Return Approval
Upon confirmation, if your return is approved, you will not need to send back the original items. We will process your refund or send a replacement to your address within 7 business days.
Notes:
- Returns without prior verification from us will not be accepted.
- For exchanges, the replacement item must be of equal or greater value than the returned item. Additional costs may apply if the replacement item is more expensive.
- For orders outside the US, we support returns and exchanges for defective or unwanted items within 60 days from the date of delivery.
